Cancellation Policy
POLICY
CANCELATIONS/ NO SHOWS
A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations and reschedules less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 30% charge of your appointment to your card on file
LATE ARRIVAL/ TARDINESS
If you arrive late to your appointment, the appointment will still end at your designated time slot and the full price will still be charged.
REFUNDS/ SATISFACTION
Absolutely NO refunds. If any excessive fall out occurs, you must contact me within 72 hours for a free touch up. Any time after 72 hours is no longer my responsibility.
A free removal will be given to those with allergic reactions
